Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code), the Client qualifying as a consumer may withdraw from the purchase, without specifying any reason and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify their decision by email to shop@eureka.co.it, attaching the Withdrawal Form no. 5.2 included with these General Conditions.

In the event of withdrawal, the Client must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the withdrawal was communicated.

All customs and shipping costs for the return of goods are borne by the Client.

Subject to verification of product integrity and compliance with withdrawal conditions (as outlined in the next paragraph), the refund of the price – excluding all costs borne by the Client per paragraph 4.1 above – will be made within 14 (fourteen) days of the return of the Product to Conti Valerio’s headquarters, Via Luigi Longo no. 39/41, 50019 Sesto Fiorentino (FI), using the same payment method employed by the Client. For withdrawal to be valid, Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the printed withdrawal form with the relevant order number.
